Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Does it come pre-programmed and ready to go?
Yes. Each NFC tag is programmed with the link you provide (Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Menu, etc.). When you receive it, it’s ready to use — no extra setup required.
Do I need to pay a subscription or ongoing fees?
No. This is a one-time purchase. There are no hidden costs or weekly/monthly subscriptions. Once you buy the NFC tag, it’s yours to use as much as you like.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. NFC works natively on modern smartphones. Customers simply tap their phone on the tag and the link will open instantly in their browser.
Do I need Wi-Fi or data for it to work?
The phone must have mobile data or Wi-Fi to load your review page or menu link, but the tap itself works offline — the phone just needs to fetch the webpage.
Can one tag be used by multiple customers?
Yes. One NFC tag can be used an unlimited number of times by as many customers as you like.
